This visionary is an emerging, Contemporary Artist and is self-taught. Wade-Negus works with a variety of mediums. Through symbolic imagery, color, and gestural marks, the artist’s work collides and flows across the surfaces of her works. Wade-Negus chooses not to label the style of art produced, instead she uses an array of techniques to convey a dialogue of the psyche. Influenced by modern culture, nature, memories, visions and intuition, Wade-Negus works in a non-linear mode. Her current body of work explores the human condition and the notion of self.

INTROSPECTIVE SERIES
The work in this ongoing series by Wade-Negus explores emotional states. The Artist translates these moods to canvas using texture, irregular edges, bold colors, and delicate movement. The Artist endeavors to communicate, through images, the kaleidoscope of feeling that is part of the Human experience.
MARCH 2016-
HUMANITY SERIES
The inspiration for this collection was ignited by a trip to Turks and Caicos. The Artist became fascinated by the shifting culture and history of the Island. Subsequent trips to surrounding Islands followed, as Wade-Negus delved deeper into this evolving series. She continues to explore the Caribbean, and the varied nuances of culture found there.
UPCOMING EVENTS
This upcoming Series is still in production. Wade-Negus will explore the complexities of interpersonal relationships. The Concept will be Multi-media, including photography, Conceptual Art, Canvas work and audio files. Date to be announced
